04:26Nigeria is presently battling with finding it's foot on how to generate and implement its budget and also improve it's economy! But then opportunities exist for us in the Agriculture, hospitality and tourism sector-ABUNDANT! To support all these plans! Driven by my passion and duty. I added another exciting and fulfilling moment to my existence by going to inform and impact on the GIRL-CHILD, a group of young minds of tomorrow- TODAY. To open their 'eyes' to many more career opportunities unknown in the Agriculture, Hospitality and Tourism sector! I came back home with an inspiring quote from one of them " Nigeria's Agriculture has potential, but can we eat potential"- Busari SS3 St. Louis Grammar school Mokola , Ibadan.It will not have been a success with out the collaboration of the old girls association (SLOGA) and Bookseller's bookshop Dugbe, Ibadan. It is my hope that all the resource persons along with myself that were present have helped to nurture and prepare these young girls to be future needed Women scientist and hospitality professional that are needed tomorrow- from TODAY. Is there someone out there you need to take the hospitality message to? because there is a career in hospitality and the Agricultural industry serves also as a feeder to the hospitality industry, besides offering lots of career opportunities, to feed all by the year 2050! Such that as hospitality grows. Agriculture also grows and job and wealth are created! Ever thought of how your hotel breakfast scrambled eggs gets it's raw material 'eggs'.
