AMVA 2016- AFRICAN CELEBRITIES -in a HOSPITALITY BUILDING!

BEST OVERALL MOVE
WINNER: STEPHANIE LINUS – DRY

Hospitality is the place to be were you receive distinguish and remarkable people of AFRICA- AMVA 2016 AWARD a proof of  the scope of the industry's possible guest list last night!

Last night marked another AMVA AWARDS night. But,I still wish to see in the future, Women Celebrities becoming models for young girls, through their dressing at such events. Many of our celebrity ladies were poorly dressed showing many body parts that really belittled their elegance and poise. While I didn't notice any celebrity Male guest at the event showing of body parts! such as the chest, etc. at all. But, lots  left unsaid about the flaunting of body parts many of our celebrity ladies left for public view last night! I had to keep my eyes off the screen in between, in pain and wonder-but WHY!

I hope in the future we will see less of this flaunting of body parts by this category of AFRICAN WOMEN NOLLYWOOD CELEBRITIES, as they continue to excel, as passionate, dynamic, and remarkable achievers in their chosen careers.

To become  ICONS & TRUE FASHIONABLE CELEBRITY MODELS with dignity as role models also for the girl-child Stephanie Linus - BEST OVERALL MOVIE WINNER talked about,I observed, besides emotionally, last night.

All our African Women Celebrities concerned will need to consider this, if Stephanie Linus Dream and concerns for the girl-child is to be real. And also because of  perhaps some of these FIVE REASONS shared below along with Mohammed Ali's quote from Colleen Hammond

Author  Colleen Hammond-- Actress, Model and cable network anchor on WEWN- talking about Dressing with Dignity in her book, and referring to  a higher level reflection- the fact that God made valuable things difficult to get to. In speaking about this she  quotes Mohammed Ali telling & NURTURING his daughter- a  GIRL-CHILD about dressing with the following comments-

"Where do you find diamonds? deep down in the ground, covered and protected. where do you find pearls ? Deep down at the bottom of the Ocean, covered up and protected in a beautiful shell. Where do you find gold? way down in the mine, covered over with layers and layers of rock. You've got to work hard to get to them.....Your body is sacred. You're far more precious than diamonds and pearls, and you should be covered too"

Added to this is my FIVE reasons below why any AFRICAN WOMAN - along with STEPHANIE's LINUS - 'DRY - CRY'  need to be MODELS for the girl-child.

To further protect the girl-child - the AFRICAN WOMAN  of TOMORROW's dignity

  1. Every human being comes from a girl-child who has becomes a WOMAN
  2. The next GENERATION for our desired hope will still need to come from the girl-child today who will be the WOMAN of- TOMORROW-nurtured by us ALL
  3. Every girl-child you influence positively or negatively or impact or nurture is a potential WOMAN of tomorrow and member of society
  4. Majority of those who produce, process and market AFRICAN's Food are WOMEN, the girl-child- influenced- YESTERDAY
  5. Every GREAT MIND that has been born or will be born will always need a girl-child that will become a WOMAN- TO BE!
  6. Nothing is more sustainable than investing in the girl-child because when you TRAIN A girl-Child,a potential -WOMAN you TRAIN A NATION.

WOMEN are we not more PRECIOUS- YOU answer if you are- then WALK your TALK!
