You know what I am of the opinion that over the years advertisement, the media, some unacceptable conducts and activities by unprofessional hotel operators lacking integrity, and expected right principles of  business have helped to create and contribute to the poor and sad image of Women working in the hospitality industry, and Women in general  associated with HOSPITALITY, TRAVEL ,TOURISM AND LEISURE.

Thus, I am of the view that with the 'churning' out of young graceful and promising girls  as future manpower for these industry.It has reach a moment when this long existing image needs to be redeemed and recognised as one that is a
DIGNIFIED, RESPECTFUL, PROFESSIONAL ONE also linked to PHENOMENAL &  ROLE MODEL WOMEN associated with using the products and services of these DYNAMIC INDUSTRY- the only one that can BOAST of able to MEET ANY VIP or CELEBRITY INDIVIDUAL any part of the WORLD as its GUEST! 


Here is now a chance to begin to create the awareness so it can be recognised that many phenomenal Women of repute ,dignity,beauty and charm within, are associated with the above industries besides those that are training to be part of it or already working to deliver services and products required like from any other industry across the globe.

Have you not seen decent women receiving AWARDS in hotel halls? Eating in restaurants? Celebrating special events in hotel banquet halls? Lodging in hotels for conferences, to report NEWS to the World?  Lodging as policymakers, accommodated world over  to run the economic affairs of their country?  Women working in the bank facilitating training in hotel seminar rooms? Women pilots stopping over in hotels before a next flight? Women in the banking , oil and gas, government sector attending functions in the hospitality industry? Throughout ALL our observed daily activities WOMEN of REPUTE are connected with these industries, which is a group of service providers of  food,drink, leisure, entertainment, accommodation needs,etc- delivered by Men & Professional Women to be exact in a complimentary manner!

 Added to this  many of these list of Women associated with this industry also exist as ROLE MODELS for the Female-child across the globe not projected fully!
